矿井立体瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要 针对2305工作面回采的3号煤层瓦斯含量高、瓦斯压力大等特点,结合矿井实际情况,从采面巷道掘进及回采期间采用的立体瓦斯治理技术进行分析。通过利用底板穿层钻孔、定向长钻孔以及顺层钻孔等实现采掘区域内煤层瓦斯高效抽采,消除煤层突出危险性并减少后续生产期间瓦斯涌出量;在采面回采期间通过高位定向长钻孔、插管方式减少采空区瓦斯涌出。现场应用后,2305工作面巷道掘进及后续回采期间瓦斯涌出量均在合理范围内,未有瓦斯动力现象或者瓦斯异常涌出等情况出现,可满足采面煤炭安全回采需要。 Based on the characteristics of high gas content and high gas pressure in the No.3 coal seam of the 2305 working face,combined with the actual situation of the mine,this paper analyzes the three-dimensional gas control technology used during the excavation and extraction of the mining face roadway.Efficient gas extraction from coal seams in the mining area is achieved through the use of bottom plate through layer drilling,directional long drilling,and layer drilling,eliminating the risk of coal seam outburst and reducing gas emissions during subsequent production periods.During the mining process,gas emission in the goaf is reduced through high-level directional long drilling and pipe insertion.After on-site application,the gas emission during the excavation and subsequent mining of the 2305 working face roadway was within a reasonable range,and there was no gas dynamic phenomenon or abnormal gas emission,which can meet the needs of safe coal mining in the mining face.
