On Teaching Management in the Elementary School under the Guidance of the New Curriculum Standards

小学教学管理工作承担着小学三类课程整体建设、教育教学管理与指导的重要职责。新时期,小学教管工作应在国家新课程方案的指导下,带领区域内各小学做好教育政策的解读与引领,做好国家三类课程的落实,切实提高育人质量,保证育人目标的达成。

Elementary school teaching management is responsible for the overall construction of three types of elementary school curricula and the management and guidance of education and teaching.In the new period,under the guidance of the new national curriculum program,elementary school teaching management should lead elementary schools in the region to interpret and lead the education policy,implement the three national curricula,improve the quality of education and ensure the achievement of the goals of education.
