美沙拉嗪和消翳止泻丸合用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Mesalazine and Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:研究美沙拉嗪和消翳止泻丸合用治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年10月在宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院肛肠科进行治疗的70例UC患者,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采取美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在美沙拉嗪治疗的基础上加入宁夏中医医院院内制剂消翳止泻丸。比较两组疗效、症状消失时间,治疗前后血清炎症因子指标含量及不良反应发生率、患者满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便的消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-4水平高于对照组,CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消翳止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC效果好,安全系数高,患者总满意度更高,可促进患者临床病情及血清炎症因子指标含量的改善。

Objective:To study the effect of Mesalazine combined with Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Method:A total of 70 UC patients treated in the Anorectal Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital and Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills,a hospital preparation of Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of Mesalazine.The curative effect,symptom disappearance time,serum inflammatory factor index content before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus,pus and blood stool in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-4 level in observation group was higher than control group,CRP and TNF-α levels were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.57% in the observation group,which was lower than 28.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills combined with Mesalazine has good effect,high safety factor and higher overall satisfaction in the treatment of UC,which can promote the improvement of clinical condition and serum inflammatory factor index content of patients.
