基于HAPA的运动干预方案应用于帕金森病患者的效果

Effect of Exercise Intervention Programs Based on HAPA in Patients with Parkinson Disease

目的:探讨基于健康行动过程取向(HAPA)模型的运动干预方案应用于帕金森病(PD)患者的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月中国人民解放军总医院第二医学中心收治的80例PD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加基于HAPA的运动干预方案,比较两组平衡功能、运动功能及生活质量。结果:干预3个月后,两组步态测试评分、平衡测试评分、上肢运动功能评分及下肢运动功能评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)各维度评分及总分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于HAPA的运动干预方案应用于PD患者可有效提高平衡能力、运动功能及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of exercise intervention programs based on health action process approach(HAPA)model in patients with Parkinson disease(PD).Method:A total of 80 patients with PD who treated in the Second Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given exercise intervention programs based on HAPA on the basis of the control group.The balance function,motor function and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:At 3 months of intervention,the gait test score,balance test score,upper limb motor function score and lower limb motor function score of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of Parkinson disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise intervention programs based on HAPA in patients with PD can effectively improve balance function,motor function and quality of life.
