清热安神汤联合针灸治疗痰热内扰型围绝经期失眠症的效果

Effect of Qingre Anshen Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Perimenopausal Insomnia of Phlegm Heat Internal Disturbance Type

目的:分析清热安神汤联合针灸治疗痰热内扰型围绝经期失眠症的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年3月本院收治的90例痰热内扰型围绝经期失眠症患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各45例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清热安神汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候评分、睡眠质量、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组睡眠不安、心烦易怒、头晕目眩、胸闷脘痞评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组催眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍、睡眠障碍、入睡时间、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热安神汤联合针灸在痰热内扰型围绝经期失眠症患者治疗中作用明显,可减轻患者症状,改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量,且无严重不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingre Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on perimenopausal insomnia patients with phlegm heat internal disturbance type.Method:A total of 90 patients with perimenopausal insomnia of phlegm heat internal disturbance type admitted to Renhuai City People's Hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was given Qingre Anshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,sleep quality,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep restlessness,irritability,dizziness and chest tightness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hypnotic drugs,sleep efficiency,sleep time,daytime dysfunction,sleep disturbance,sleep time and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion plays an obvious role in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with phlegm heat internal disturbance,which can reduce the symptoms of patients type,improve the quality of sleep,improve the quality of life,and have no serious adverse reactions.
