儿童清咽解热口服液治疗甲型H1N1流感患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the Treatment of Children with Influenza A(H1N1)

目的:探讨儿童清咽解热口服液治疗甲型H1N1流感患儿的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2023年1—3月广东省妇幼保健院收治的91例甲型H1N1流感患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为A组(n=45)与B组(n=46)。A组在临床一般治疗基础上使用奥司他韦颗粒,B组在A组基础上予儿童清咽解热口服液治疗,两组均治疗3~5 d。观察并比较两组疾病愈显率,咽部充血、咽痛和发热症状缓解情况,布洛芬使用情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,B组疾病愈显率为93.5%,高于A组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后咽部充血、咽部疼痛症状轻于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组完全退热时间和退热起效时间短于A组,布洛芬日使用剂量和日使用频次少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论:儿童清咽解热口服液治疗甲型H1N1流感患儿可明显提高疗效,减轻咽部充血、咽部疼痛和发热症状,安全性佳。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the treatment of children with influenza A(H1N1).Method:A total of 91 children with influenza A(H1N1)who admitted to Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,the children were divided into group A(n=45)and group B(n=46)by random number table method.Group A was treated with Oseltamivir Granules on the basis of general clinical treatment,group B was treated with Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye on the basis of group A,two groups were treated for 3-5 d.The disease recovery rate,the relief of pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal pain and fever,the use of Ibuprofen and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the disease recovery rate of group B was 93.5%,which was higher than 77.8%of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of pharyngeal congestion and pharyngeal pain in group B were lighter than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete antipyretic time and antipyretic onset time of group B were shorter than those of group A,and the daily dose and daily frequency of Ibuprofen were less than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the treatment of children with influenza A(H1N1)can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal pain and fever symptoms,and has good safety.
