摘要
基于低碳设计视角,探索夏热冬冷地区办公建筑的低碳设计实施路径。通过对碳排放构成分析,提出核心层、约束层、开放层三大减碳指标体系。结合夏热冬冷地区气候特征、办公建筑形体功能特征,对指标体系进行适用性筛选,得出适用于夏热冬冷地区办公建筑的低碳设计实施路径,概括为低碳空间设计、结构用材优化、低碳能源系统、智能化集成设计等。以某总部办公大楼作为工程实例,采用全生命周期碳排放计算方法对实例低碳设计实施路径进行验证,结果表明智能化集成设计、低碳空间设计减碳效益最为明显,占比分别为65.91%、28.21%,成为夏热冬冷地区办公建筑减碳设计的有效实施途径。
Through analyzing the composition of carbon emission,three carbon index systems-core layer,constraint layer and open layer are proposed.Based on the analysis of climatic characteristics and the functional characteristics of office buildings,the implementation path of low-carbon design suitable for office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas is concluded,which is summarized as low-carbon space design,structural material optimization,low-carbon energy system,intelligent integrated design,etc.Taking a headquarters office building as an example,the whole life cycle carbon emission calculation method is utilized to verify the implementation path of low carbon design.The results show that intelligent integrated design and low carbon space design have the most obvious carbon reduction benefits,accounting for 65.91% and 28.21%.These two technologies are effective approaches for office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.
