面向碳达峰的老旧小区绿色低碳改造路径研究——以温州某工程为例

摘要 随着新发展理念的贯彻,各省市都逐步提出当地的碳达峰、碳中和行动方案。建筑作为减碳的重要领域,备受社会各方面的关注。此外,城市更新工作已经将老旧小区改造列为主要攻坚对象之一。老旧小区建筑存量规模庞大,建筑设计品质亦无法满足节能减排要求,还存在室内环境舒适度较差等问题。因此,在相关文献研究的基础上,分析政策支持、技术研究进展、技术标准支撑情况,结合温州市某小区绿色低碳改造方案,对其节能降耗水平和碳排放量进行建模计算,总结出老旧小区改造工作中有效节能降碳的实施路径,为城乡建设模式绿色低碳转型提供案例与数据参考。 With the implementation of the new development concept,all provinces and cities have gradually improved the local action plans for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.As an important field of carbon reduction,buildings have attracted the social attention.Nowadays,the renovation of old residential communities has been listed as one of the main targets of urban renewal work.The huge stock and the weaken quality of architectural design cannot meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,and there are also problems such as indoor environment comfort.Therefore,the policy,technological progress and standards are analyzed on the basis of relevant literature studies.The green low-carbon transformation scheme of Wenzhou residential district is calculated with models for its energy consumption reduction and carbon emissions.The implementation path of effective energy saving and carbon reduction in the retrofitting the old residential district is summarized,providing case and data reference for green low-carbon transformation of urban and rural construction mode.
