广电全媒体广告经营融合管理平台的设计与实现

摘要 本文介绍了基于业务流程重构与模式创新重塑的广电全媒体广告经营融合管理平台的设计与实现,该平台具有广告合同订单、编排、广播与电视播出、财务结算、播后监查等业务流环节,可实现广电媒体广告经营全业务流融合的“闭环管理”,从而提升其广告综合效益。 This article introduces the design and implementation of a radio and television omnimedia advertising operation integration management platform based on business process reconstruction and model innovation reshaping.The platform has business flow links such as advertising contract orders,arrangement,broadcasting and television broadcasting,financial settlement,and post broadcast monitoring.It can achieve"closed-loop management"of the full business flow integration of radio and television media advertising operation,thereby improving its advertising comprehensive efficiency.
