PPP模式建设下特色小镇发展对策研究——以常州殷村职业教育特色小镇为例

随着现代职业教育的高质量发展逐步被摆在突出位置,职业教育特色小镇的可持续建设成为重要一环。常州市殷村职业教育特色小镇作为江苏省首批通过考核的特色小镇,目前已经形成以职业教育为核心、多样化产业资源配套、田园式游学体验的职业教育特色小镇。但在可持续发展中仍然存在政府配套滞后、校企融合深度不足、社会认可程度有待提升等问题,对此该文以殷村职业教育特色小镇为例,提出创新应用PPP建设模式、挖掘特色产业,深化校企合作、贯彻开放共享理念,注重环境发展等对策建议,促进职业教育特色小镇的可持续健康发展。

With the high-quality development of modern vocational education gradually being placed in a prominent position,the sustainable construction of characteristic vocational education towns has become an important part.As one of the first characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province to pass the assessment,Yincun Vocational Education Characteristic Town in Changzhou City has formed a characteristic vocational education town with vocational education as the core,diversified industrial resources supporting,and a rural learning experience.However,there are still problems in sustainable development,such as lagging government support,insufficient integration between schools and enterprises,and the need to improve social recognition.This article takes Yincun Vocational Education Town as an example and proposes innovative application of PPP construction mode,exploration of characteristic industries,deepening school enterprise cooperation,implementing the concept of open sharing,and emphasizing environmental development to promote the sustainable and healthy development of vocational education characteristic towns.
