摘要
推广普及国家通用语言文字是实施乡村振兴战略的有力举措。首先,从价值视角出发,提出国家通用语言文字教育对民族地区乡村振兴具有厚植人力资本、缩短贫富差距、拓宽增收致富渠道等价值。其次,在探寻国家通用语言文字教育与民族地区乡村振兴耦合所遵循的政策逻辑、理论逻辑、现实逻辑的基础上,明晰了国家通用语言文字教育是民族地区乡村振兴的应然选择。最后,从增强国家通用语言文字认同、重构国家通用语言文字集体记忆、营造国家通用语言文字学习氛围等层面提出国家通用语言文字教育更好地服务民族地区乡村振兴高质量发展的有效策略。
Popularizing the national standard spoken and written languages is a powerful measure to implement the rural revital-ization strategy.First of all,from the perspective of value,the author puts forward that the national standard spoken and written lan-guages has the value of cultivating human capital,shortening the gap between the rich and the poor,and broadening the channels of increasing income and getting rich.Secondly,on the basis of exploring the policy logic,theoretical logic and practical logic followed by the coupling of national standard spoken and written language education and rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas,it is clear that national standard spoken and written language education is the necessary choice for rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.Finally,from the aspects of enhancing the identity of the national standard spoken and written language,rebuilding the collec-tive memory of the national standard spoken and written language,and creating the learning atmosphere of the national standard spo-ken and written language,the author puts forward effective strategies for the national standard spoken and written language educa-tion to better serve the high-quality development of rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.
