地方高校教育硕士专业学位论文质量直接关系到教育硕士专业人才培养质量的提升。为提高地方高校教育硕士专业学位论文质量,以内蒙古两所教育硕士培养高校的教育硕士专业研究生导师和教育硕士专业研究生为研究对象,系统揭示教育硕士专业学位论文质量存在的问题和影响因素,并基于调研数据提出提高地方高校教育硕士专业学位论文质量的对策建议。希望通过全面梳理和揭示制约地方高校教育硕士专业学位论文质量的因素,为地方高校提升教育硕士专业学位论文质量提供借鉴和启示。

The quality of master’s degree theses in education in local colleges and universities is directly related to the im-provement of the quality of education master’s talent cultivation.To improve the quality of master’s degree theses in education in local universities,the author takes postgraduate supervisors and students from two education master’s training universities in Inner Mongolia as research objects,systematically reveals the problems and influencing factors in the quality of master’s degree theses in education,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of master’s degree theses in education in local col-leges and universities based on survey data,and aims to comprehensively sort out and reveal the factors that constrain the quality of education master’s degree theses in local colleges and universities,and provide reference and inspiration for local colleges and uni-versities to improve the quality of education master’s degree theses.
