路面随机不平顺的数值模拟及其编程实现

摘要 路面不平顺是影响车路耦合系统振动的主要因素之一。为了分析路面不平顺序列的幅值特征随路面等级的变化规律,本文利用三角级数法,建立了生成路面随机不平顺序列的数值算法,并通过MATLAB编程实现。利用该算法和相应的计算程序,模拟了A、B、C、D 4个等级路面的随机不平顺序列,并研究其振幅特性。结果表明:本文生成的路面随机不平顺序列的功率谱密度与规范中相应等级路面的功率谱密度吻合较好。路面不平顺幅值随着路面等级的降低呈非线性增长,方差逐渐变大,这说明随着路面等级的降低,车辆的行驶体验感变差。研究结果可以为汽车驶过不平顺路面时的随机动力响应和平稳性分析提供数据参考。 Road roughness is one of the main factors affecting the vibration of vehicle-road coupling system.In order to analyze the amplitude characteristics of road roughness sequences and their varia-tions with road grades,a numerical algorithm for generating random road roughness sequences is es-tablished by using the trigonometric series method and implemented through MATLAB programming.The random road roughness sequences of four grades(A,B,C and D)are simulated by using the al-gorithm and corresponding calculation programs.Besides,the amplitude characteristics are studied as well.The results show that the power spectral density of random road roughness sequences proposed in the study is in good agreement with that of the corresponding level of road surface in the specifica-tions.The amplitude of road roughness increases non-linearly with the decrease of road grade,and the variance gradually increases.This indicates that the driving experience of vehicle deteriorates as road grade decreases.The research results can provide data reference for the random dynamic re-sponse and stability analysis of vehicle driving on the uneven roads.
