人防工程质量监督管理优化措施研究——以C市XM人防工程为例

Research on Measures to Improve Quality Supervision and Management of Civil Air Defense Engineering——Taking the XM Civil Air Defense Project in C City as an Example

以我国C市XM人防工程为例,分析了当前人防工程建设质量管理中存在的问题,如设计质量、监理质量、施工质量以及防护设备质量等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一系列规范化措施,如实行人防工程施工图抽查制度、加强人防工程监理人员专业技能培训等。同时,从提高人防工程质量监督的角度,提出了加强工作人员质量意识、构建完善的质量监督管理体制等方法,旨在为人防工程质量监督管理提供有益的理论和实践参考。

Taking the XM civil defense project in C city of China as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the current quality management of civil defense project construction,such as design quality,supervision quality,construction quality,and protective equipment quality.A series of standardized measures have been proposed to address these issues,such as implementing a random inspection system for construction drawings of civil defense engineering,and strengthening professional skill training for civil defense engineering supervision personnel.At the same time,from the perspective of improving the quality supervision of civil defense engineering,methods such as strengthening the quality awareness of staff and constructing a sound quality supervision and management system have been proposed,aiming to provide useful theoretical and practical references for the quality supervision and management of civil defense engineering.
