深入探讨了水利工程施工中的风险管理,通过对技术、环境、管理和财务风险的分类和分析,建立了一套完整的风险管理理论框架。以鄄城县引黄灌区农业节水工程为案例,运用风险管理理论,详细探讨了项目中的主要风险及其管理策略,并对风险管理的成功与不足进行了全面的案例分析。最后提出了风险管理的最佳实践和策略,包括风险管理的组织和文化建设、风险管理工具和技术的应用、人员培训和能力建设,以及如何通过持续学习和改进来提高风险管理的效能,旨在为水利工程施工领域的风险管理提供理论支持和实践指导,以期达到提高项目管理效能、减小风险损失的目的。
The article delves into risk management in water conservancy engineering construction and establishes a complete theoretical framework for risk management by classifying and analyzing technical,environmental,management,and financial risks.The article takes the agricultural water-saving project in the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area of Juancheng County as a case study,and applies risk management theory to explore in detail the main risks and management strategies in the project.A comprehensive case analysis is conducted on the success and shortcomings of risk management.Finally,the best practices and strategies for risk management were proposed,including organizational and cultural construction of risk management,application of risk management tools and technologies,personnel training and capacity building,as well as how to improve the effectiveness of risk management through continuous learning and improvement.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for risk management in the field of water engineering construction,in order to improve project management efficiency and reduce risk losses.
