摘要
烟用香料吸附材料的开发对香烟储香具有重要意义。论文以橘子皮为原料,通过碱活化和高温煅烧制备多孔生物炭并用于吸附乙基香兰素和对甲氧基苯甲醛。结果表明,该材料对乙基香兰素和对甲氧基苯甲醛吸附效率分别为84.8%和80.4%,吸附量分别为282.7 mg/g和268 mg/g,且二者的吸附模型符合准二级吸附模型。
The development of adsorbent materials for tobacco flavor is of great significance to the storage of tobacco flavor.Porous biochar was prepared from orange peel by alkali activation and high temperature calcination.Biochar was used to adsorb ethyl vanillin and p-methoxybenzaldehyde.The results showed that the adsorption efficiencies of ethyl vanillin and p-methoxybenzaldehyde were 84.8%and 80.4%,and the adsorption capacities were 282.7 mg/g and 268 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption process of the two flavors consistent with quasi-second-order kinetic model.
