化工压力容器腐蚀的影响因素及防腐策略探析 被引量:1

摘要 为了提升化工生产安全性、延长化工压力容器使用寿命,本文对化工压力容器腐蚀的影响因素进行总结,包括材料因素、环境因素及拉伸应力因素等。根据影响因素提出了多项化工压力容器的防腐措施,包括优化材料选择、加强环境管理、拉伸应力控制及防腐技术应用等。实践证明能够有效提升化工压力容器抗腐蚀能力,减缓压力容器的腐蚀速度,希望可以对化工生产领域有所帮助。 In order to improve the safety of chemical production and extend the service life of chemical pressure vessels,this paper summa-rizes the factors affecting the corrosion of chemical pressure vessels,including material factors,environmental factors and tensile stress factors.Ac-cording to the influence factors,a number of anti-corrosion measures for chemical pressure vessels were put forward,including optimizing materi-al selection,strengthening environmental management,tensile stress control and anti-corrosion technology application.Practice has proved that it can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of chemical pressure vessels and slow down the corrosion rate of pressure vessels,hoping to help the chemical production field.
