Research on Methods for Improving the Quality of Mixed Aromatic and Non Aromatic Products in Aromatic Extraction Units

针对非芳产品中苯含量>0.2%的情况,通过调整塔盘温度、调节塔压,提高溶剂回收系统的真空度和注消泡剂的方法逐一进行排查,采取有效的措施使非芳中的苯含量降低到0.15%以下,并保证了混合芳烃的产品质量,从各种操作调整中总结保证混芳、非芳产品质量的一些方法。

In response to the situation where the benzene content in non aromatic products is>0.2%,effective measures were taken to reduce the benzene content in non aromatic products to below 0.15% by adjusting the tray temperature,adjusting the tower pressure,improving the vacuum degree of the solvent recovery system,and injecting defoamers one by one.The product quality of mixed aromatic and non aromatic products was guaranteed,and some methods to ensure the quality of mixed aromatic and non aromatic products were summarized from various operational adjustments.
