摘要
随着新能源汽车在中国的迅猛增长,半固态甚至全固态电池作为新一代锂离子电池的使用也日益普及。尽管液态锂离子电池已有安全检测标准,但新一代半固态电池尚缺乏此类规范。本文综合国内外现有标准中热失控测试要求,进行了细致的讨论分析,提出了适合于半固态甚至固态电池的热失控测试方法,并通过试验验证其适用性,旨在为国家标准修订提供数据支持和初步方案。
With the rapid growth of new energy vehicles in China,semi-solid and even all solid-state batteries are increasingly being adopted as the next generation of lithium-ion batteries.Although there are established safety testing standards for traditional liquid lithiumion batteries,such guidelines are lacking for the new generation of semi-solid batteries.This paper provides a detailed discussion and analysis of the requirements for thermal runaway tests based on existing domestic and international testing standards.We propose a thermal runaway testing method suitable for semi-solid and even all solid-state batteries and verify its applicability through experiments.This study aims to provide data support and preliminary plans for revising national standards.
