基于用户习惯的某款纯电动乘用车能耗分析

Energy Consumption Analysis of Pure Electric Passenger Car based on User Habits

摘要 纯电动汽车的能耗分析,汽车企业以及行业机构通常是利用转鼓对车辆进行某循环工况单次极限能量消耗量测试,得到关键部件的能量分布。然而,通过对用户的调研,该测试得到的能耗与用户实际出行习惯的“多天多次”能耗不同,同时业内对用户实际出行习惯的“多天多次”续航里程的测试研究较少。本研究是基于能耗计算模型,调取某款纯电车型一段时间的云数据,对该车型的能耗进行统计与分析。结果表明,该纯电动汽车的用户绝大部分的行驶习惯为短途行驶,短途行驶的平均整车电耗和平均电器电耗相对较高,平均整车电耗和平均电器电耗随着行驶里程增加呈现收敛趋势。结合地图分布的数据统计,南方用户的平均整车电耗相对较高,全国平均驱动能耗相差不大,整车电耗相差较大的原因是我国幅员辽阔,环境温度导致平均电器电耗产生差异。平均车速在10~40 km/h时,电驱动效率低于90%,是电机驱动效率优化的重点方向。 In the analysis of energy consumption of pure electric vehicles,automobile enterprises and industry institutions usually use rotary drum to test the single limit energy consumption of vehicles in a certain cycle condition to obtain the energy distribution of key components.However,through the investigation of users,the energy consumption obtained by this test is different from the"multi-day multiple"energy consumption of users'actual travel habits,and there are few test studies in the industry on the"multi-day multiple"mileage of users'actual travel habits.This study is based on the energy consumption calculation model,and obtains the cloud data of a pure electric vehicle for a period of time to carry out statistics and analysis on the energy consumption of the vehicle.The results show that most of the users of the pure electric vehicle have short distance driving habits,and the average vehicle power consumption and the average electrical appliance power consumption of short distance driving are relatively high,and the average vehicle power consumption and the average electrical appliance power consumption show a convergence trend with the increase of the driving distance.In combination with the data statistics of the map distribution,the average vehicle power consumption of users in the south is relatively high,the national average drive energy consumption is not much difference,the big reason is that our country is vast,environmental temperature leads to the average electrical power consumption difference.When the average speed is 10~40 km/h,the electric drive efficiency is less than 90%,which is the key direction of motor drive efficiency optimization.
