国产手术机器人辅助腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术:国内首例报道

Domestic robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy:the first case report in China

摘要 手术机器人以其特有的优势为妇科恶性肿瘤患者的手术治疗提供了微创入路选择。2021年12月中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心妇产科在国内首次应用国产机器人治疗1例宫颈鳞癌IB1期合并子宫肌瘤+子宫内膜异位症患者。手术采用多孔入路,完成广泛全子宫双侧输卵管切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,手术进展顺利,总手术时间245 min,术中出血量约50 ml,术后5 d拔除导尿管,术后7 d患者恢复良好并出院。术后疗效满意,美容效果佳。 With its unique advantages,robotic surgical system provides a minimally invasive surgical approach for the surgical treatment of gynecological malignant tumor.In December 2021,a patient with stage IB1 squamous cell carcinoma complicated with uterine fibroids and endometriosis was treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Medical Center of the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital using a domestic surgical robot.Multi-port approach was adopted,robot-assisted total bilateral salpingectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection were completed smoothly,with the total operative time of 245 min and the intraoperative blood loss of 50 ml.The urethral catheter was removed 5 d after surgery,and the patient recovered and discharged from the hospital 7 d after surgery.Good surgical outcomes and cosmetic effect were achieved in this domestic robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy.
