船舶电气设计中电缆设计的研究

摘要 电缆设计在船舶电气设计领域起着至关重要的作用,其像船体的神经网络,贯穿整个系统,确保各个部件的顺畅运作。文章着眼于电缆设计过程中的核心问题——如何在不断变化的设计环境中保持设计的准确性和效率,采用了一种新颖的方法,融合了AutoCAD的详细设计图纸属性化处理和三维建模软件AM12的高级功能,从而在复杂的船舶电气设计中实现了电缆设计的高效和准确。研究表明,电缆册的构成复杂多变,受到多种因素的影响,如设备移位、节点变动等。面对这些挑战,提出了一套综合解决方案,包括对电缆路径和长度的动态调整及自动化错误检测。通过实际案例验证,该方法显著提高了设计的质量和效率,缩短了设计周期。这项研究不仅提高了船舶电气设计中电缆设计的准确性和效率,也为类似复杂工程设计领域提供了新的思路。 Cable design plays a crucial role in the field of Marine electrical design,which,like the neural network of the hull,runs through the entire system to ensure the smooth operation of various components.This paper focuses on the core problem of cable design process-how to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the design in the constantly changing design environment,and adopts a novel method that integrates the attribute processing of detailed design drawings of AutoCAD and the advanced functions of three-dimensional modeling software AM12.Thus,efficient and accurate cable design is realized in the complex electrical design of ships.The research reveals that the composition of the cable book is complex and varied,which is affected by many factors,such as equipment displacement and node change.To meet these challenges,a comprehensive solution is proposed,including dynamic adjustment of cable path and length and automatic error detection.The actual case proves that this method can improve the design quality and efficiency significantly and shorten the design cycle.This research not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of cable design in ship electrical design,but also provides new ideas for similar complex engineering design fields.
