Development and Application of Mechatronics Integration Technology in Intelligent Manufacturing

智能制造是在制造过程中,以互联网、大数据、云计算等技术为支撑,实现生产制造的智能化。机电一体化技术作为智能制造的核心技术,在机电一体化技术的开发与应用过程中,通过互联网技术和信息技术,将现代信息技术与机电一体化技术进行有机结合,从而实现生产制造智能化。文章对智能制造中机电一体化技术的应用进行分析,并提出了有效措施。

Intelligent manufacturing is in the manufacturing process,with the support of the Internet,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,to achieve intelligent production and manufacturing.Mechatronics technology as the core technology of intelligent manufacturing,in the development and application of mechatronics technology,through the Internet technology and information technology,the modern information technology and mechatronics technology are organically combined,so as to realize the intelligent production and manufacturing.This paper analyzes the application of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing,and puts forward some effective measures in order to provide reference for the development of mechatronics in our country.
