变压器铁芯多点接地故障诊断与处理

摘要 铁芯是变压器的主要部件之一,是变压器的磁路部分,主要由硅钢片和夹紧装置组成。运行中的变压器为避免产生悬浮电位,铁芯必须有一点可靠接地。然而变压器在运行中,由于油箱内有异物、铁芯位移等原因,会发生两点或多点接地现象,从而产生环流,造成铁芯发热,严重时还将导致气体继电器动作,发生变压器跳闸事故。文章对变压器铁芯多点接地故障的诊断与处理方法进行了研究。 The iron core is one of the main components of a transformer,which is the magnetic circuit part of the transformer,mainly composed of silicon steel sheets and clamping devices.In order to avoid the generation of floating potential in operating transformers,the iron core must have a reliable grounding point.However,during the operation of transformers,due to foreign objects in the oil tank,displacement of the iron core,and other reasons,two or more grounding points may occur,resulting in circulating currents and heating of the iron core.In severe cases,it may also cause the gas relay to act,leading to transformer tripping accidents.The article studies the diagnosis and treatment methods of grounding faults in transformer cores,in order to provide reference for ensuring the reliable operation of transformers.
