电气监视与控制系统集中运维的提升改造

摘要 榆能化公司110 kV 1号、2号总变为全厂电力调度集控中心,采取有人值守,倒班模式。1号、2号总变分别通过国电南瑞D5000和东方电子DF8003D电力调度系统对榆能化一线、二线各变电站的电气设备进行监视、控制及数据采集。随着公司的发展,生产人员不足与巡检工作量增加之间的矛盾日益突出。在此形式下榆能化公司1号总变建立智能巡检系统,将设备运行的状态信息、视频图像等进行整合和集成,提升电气监视与控制系统集中运维。 Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as"Yuleng Hua")110 kV No.1 and No.2 have become the power dispatching centralized control center of the whole plant,which adopts the manned and shift mode.The No.1 and No.2 general transformer monitor,control and undertake data collection and safe operation of the electrical equipment of the first and second line substations in Yuneng Hua through Guodian Nanrui D5000 and Dongfang Electronics DF8003D power dispatching system respectively.With the development of the company,the contradiction between the shortage of production personnel and the increase of inspection workload is becoming increasingly prominent.In this form,the No.1 General transformer of Yuleng Chemical Company establishes an intelligent inspection system to integrate and integrate the status information and video images of the equipment operation to improve the centralized operation and maintenance of the electrical monitoring and control system.
