黔南州工业倍增背景下装备制造业人才培养模式的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Talent Training Mode of Equipment Manufacturing Industry under the Background of Industrial Multiplication in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

为服务地区产业发展,提高校地人才与企业匹配精准度,地方高校有义务根据产业发展及时调整人才培养模式。通过对地区装备制造业和国内人才模式的现状进行调研分析,立足院校实际情况,提出以提升教师专业能力、共建校内外实训基地、岗课赛证融通三方面建设为导向的装备制造类专业人才培养模式,为经济欠发达地区的职业教育培养模式改革提供参考。

In order to serve the development of regional industries and improve the accuracy of matching local talents with enterprises,as regional universities,it is their obligation to adjust the talent training mode in a timely manner based on industrial development.By conducting research and analysis on the current situation of regional equipment manufacturing industry and domestic talent cultivation models,and based on the actual situation of universities,this paper proposes a training model for equipment manufacturing major talents guided by the construction of three aspects:improving teachers' professional abilities,jointly building internal and external training bases,and post-course-competition-certificate integration.This provides a certain reference for the vocational education training model reform in economically underdeveloped regions.
