摘要
在数字技术驱动建筑业转型升级的背景下,产业高端急需一批创新型高素质技术技能人才,为此高职院校积极探索“岗课赛证”综合育人机制。以建设工程管理专业为例,在明确课程整体设计思路的基础上从“重视课程思政育人、开展四阶递进教学、打造立体教学资源、引领学生个性发展”四个方面进行课程改革,有效地提升了学生的复合职业技能,激发了社会服务能力。通过“岗课赛证”综合育人机制,深化产教融合、校企合作,不断优化课程教学,提高人才培养质量,推动职业教育高质量发展。
Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry driven by digital technology,the high-end industry is in urgent need of a group of innovative high-quality technical skills talents,so higher vocational colleges actively explore the comprehensive education mechanism of “post-course-competition-certificate”.Taking construction engineering management major as an example,on the basis of making clear the overall design idea of the course,curriculum reform was carried out from four aspects:“attaching importance to curriculum ideology and politics education,carrying out four-level progressive teaching,creating three-dimensional teaching resources,and leading students' personality development”,which effectively improved students' comprehensive vocational skills and stimulated their social service ability.Through the “post-course-competition-certificate” comprehensive education mechanism,deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,constantly optimize curriculum teaching,improve the quality of talent training,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
