摘要
动力猫道液压系统包括液压站和执行机构。液压站为动力猫道执行机构提供动力和控制。液压站可作为部件独立存放,也可集成在动力猫道内部。动力猫道有4个执行机构:马达驱动绞车,通过滑轮组拉动输送臂上下运动;马达驱动减速机,通过链轮链条带动小车机构在输送臂上前后运动;油缸驱动入槽机构拨动管具进入输送臂;油缸驱动出槽机构推动管具离开输送臂。以胜利石油工程有限公司研制的电磁换向阀、电比例变量泵动力猫道液压系统为研究对象,浅析动力猫道液压系统及其设计计算。其他形式的液压系统也可参考该液压系统予以理解和设计。
The power catwalk hydraulic system includes a hydraulic station and an actuator.The hydraulic station provides power and control for the power catwalk actuator.The hydraulic station can be stored independently as a component or integrated inside the power catwalk.The power catwalk has four actuators:the motor drives the winch,and the conveying arm moves up and down through the pulley block;the motor drives the reducer,which drives the trolley mechanism to move forward and backward on the conveying arm through the sprocket chain;the oil cylinder drives the groove mechanism toggles the pipe into the conveying arm;the cylinder drives the fluting mechanism to push the pipe away from the conveying arm.Taking the electromagnetic reversing valve and electric proportional variable pump power catwalk hydraulic system developed by Shengli Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the power catwalk hydraulic system and its design calculation are analyzed.Hydraulic systems in other forms can also be understood and designed regarding this hydraulic system.
