涂饰材料会造成皮革表面燃烧,引起更大火焰。本文将制备的一种阻燃水性聚氨酯应用于皮革阻燃测试,通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、扫描电镜、X射线光谱等测试发现,在中涂步骤加入90份数的2%DOPOs-HGB-WPU,处理过的皮革氧指数可达到23.4%,垂直燃烧可到V-0级别;结合皮革拉伸强度和耐磨耗的基本性能指标,表明制备的协同阻燃剂在保持皮革基本性能的同时,阻燃性能也能大幅提高,达到美国标准的V-0级别。
