摘要
针对导电二氧化钛的应用要求,在金红石型二氧化钛浆料的基础上,表面包覆一层ATO(SnO_(2)掺杂Sb_(2)O_(3)),制备ATO/TiO_(2)复合粉体。以粉体体积电阻率作为评价指标,考察包膜的pH值、温度以及包膜剂放入的时间、五水氯化锡的加入量、m(SbCl_(3))/m(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)及煅烧温度等制备工艺,并对导电机理进行了研究。实验得出较佳的制备条件:pH值为2、包膜温度60℃、加料时间3 h、w(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)为60%、m(SbCl_(3))/m(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)=0.1、煅烧温度600℃。金红石型二氧化钛浆料中加入ATO(SnO_(2)掺杂Sb_(2)O_(3)),可克服产生静电的现象。同时有非常好的耐受性和导电性,助力功能型工业涂料的快速发展。
According to the performance requirements of conductive titanium dioxide and on the basis of rutile titanium dioxide slurry,a layer of ATO(SnO_(2)doped Sb_(2)O_(3))was coated on the surface of titanium dioxide for preparation of ATO/TiO_(2)composite powder.Taking the volume resistivity index of the powder as the evaluation index,the preparation processes such as coating pH value,coating temperature,coating agent addition time,w(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O),m(SbCl_(3))/m(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)and calcination temperature were investigated,and the conductive mechanism was also studied.Better preparation conditions were obtained by experiments:pH=2,coating temperature is 60℃,the feeding time is 3 h,w(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)=60%,m(SbCl_(3))/m(SnCl_(4)·5H_(2)O)=0.1,calcination temperature is 600℃.ATO(SnO_(2)doped Sb_(2)O_(3))was added into rutile titanium dioxide slurry to overcome the phenomenon of static electricity.At the same time,it has very good tolerance and conductivity,supporting the rapid development of functional industrial coatings.
