摘要
探讨了建筑涂料中乳胶类型以及单体比例分析方法,利用红外光谱分析仪进行分析,并通过样品所含有的特征吸收峰的位置判断乳胶类型,如苯环单取代特征吸收峰为苯乙烯特征吸收,Si—C或Si—O等特征吸收峰为有机硅单体特征吸收等。另外,可以综合利用热裂解–气质联用色谱分析仪,对一些红外光谱不能明确的乳胶类型样品进行再次确认,也可以利用单体出峰时间以及面积,对合成单体进行定性以及定量分析。
This paper discusses the latex type and monomer proportional analysis method in architectural coatings.It is analyzed with FTIR,and the type of latex is judged by the position of the characteristic absorption peak contained in the sample,such as the position of the benzene ring single-substituted characteristic absorption peak,the position of Si—C or Si—O.In addition,some unknown latex types can also be confirmed with Py-GC/MS,and the peak retention time and area of the monomer can also be used to analyze the synthetic monomer qualitatively and quantitatively.
