数字经济赋能东北产业转型升级问题研究

Research on Digital Economy Empowering Industrial Transformation and Upgrading in Northeast China

数字经济在现代社会发挥着重组要素资源、重塑经济结构、改变竞争格局的重要作用,数字经济的发展应用与产业转型升级具有密切的联系。目前,东北三省数字经济发展还存在总量小、占比低、增速缓等问题。具体而言,政策优势没有转化为发展优势,基础设施薄弱导致影响效应差,数据要素市场化程度较低,优质复合型人才流失严重。因此,在东北全面振兴的过程中,要立足于数字经济发展实际,寻找新一轮东北振兴的“基点”,优化产业发展生态环境,提升数字技术的创新能力,推进数字深层次融合发展,培养储备优质复合型人才。

With the rapid development of the digital economy,it is playing a role in reorganizing factor resources,reshaping the economic structure,and changing the competitive landscape.The development and application of digital economy are closely related to industrial transformation and upgrading.At present,the development of digital economy in the three northeastern provinces has problems such as small total volume,low proportion,and slow growth rate.Specifically,policy advantages have not been transformed into development advantages;weak infrastructure has led to poor impact;data elements have low marketization,and the region is faced with the shortage of high-quality interdisciplinary talents.Therefore,in the process of comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China,we must rely on the development of the digital economy and find the"base point"for a new round of Northeast revitalization.It is necessary to optimize the ecological environment for industrial development,enhance the innovation capabilities of digital technology,promote the development of deep digital integration,and cultivate and reserve high-quality interdisciplinary talents.
