复合破碎工作面回撤巷道围岩注浆加固

摘要 回撤巷道施工是矿井工作面安全生产的重要环节,而复合破碎工作面片帮严重、易冒落,会对回撤面作业造成重大安全隐患。为解决回撤巷道顶板在复合破碎条件下受压变形管理难度大、片帮严重、易冒落等问题,选取下峪口煤矿23308工作面机掘回撤面为注浆加固试验地点,从注浆材料性能、注浆施工设计及效果性评价3个方面综合研究,研发出一种低反应温度、高强度的矿用复合注浆加固材料SCPJG-2。实践表明,该围岩注浆加固新技术可以有效解决破碎顶板工作面回撤巷道巷道施工困难的问题,能够为该地区同类型地质条件下的围岩加固施工提供更为有利高效的新技术。 The construction of retreating roadway is an important link in the safety production of mine working face.The severe and easy caving of the composite crushing working face would cause significant safety risks to the retreating operation.In order to solve the problems of difficult deformation management of the retreating roadway roof under the conditions of composite crushing and serious caving and easy caving,the grouting reinforcement of the machine-excavated retreating roadway on 23308 working face of the Yukou Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background,a low reaction temperature and high strength mine composite grouting reinforcement material SCPJG-2 is developed based on the comprehensive study on the three aspects of grouting material performance,grouting construction design and effect evaluation.The new technology of grouting reinforcement of roadway surrounding rock with composite broken roof is a safe and efficient way,which can effectively solve the difficulty of roadway construction of retreat roadway with broken roof working face and provide a more efficient technology for the reinforcement construction under the same geological conditions in the area.
