责任共担与养老风险梯次应对——基于CGSS(2018)的居民养老责任主体选择及影响因素研究

Responsibility Sharing and Hierarchical Response to Elderly Care Risks:A Study on the Selection and Influencing Factors of Residents’Elderly Care Responsibility Based on CGSS(2018)

利用CGSS(2018)数据,使用多项有序Logit回归模型进行分析。结果表明,当个人身体健康状况和经济状况良好时,居民倾向自己作为主要的养老依靠;当家庭经济状况良好、子女数量较多时,居民倾向家庭作为其养老责任主体;当居民对社会信任程度较低、缴纳养老保险时,居民倾向政府作为其养老责任主体。因此,明确各养老责任主体的责任范围使其在各自的责任范围内各司其职。

This article uses CGSS(2018)data and employs a multiple ordered Logit regression model for analysis.The results indicate that when individuals have good physical and economic health,residents tend to rely on themselves as the main source of retirement.When the family’s economic situation is good and there are many children,residents tend to take the family as their main responsibility for elderly care.When residents have a low level of trust in society and pay for pension insurance,they tend to lean towards the government as the main body of their pension responsibility.Therefore,clarifying the scope of responsibility of each elderly care responsibility subject enables them to perform their respective duties within their respective scope of responsibility.
