摘要
该试验通过PCR方法检测27株广西凡纳滨对虾源创伤弧菌中耐药基因ant(3”)-I、aac(3)-II、sul1、tet(A)、tet(C)和TEM的携带情况。结果表明,27株创伤弧菌中,ant(3”)-I、aac(3)-II、sul1、tet(A)、tet(C)和TEM基因的检出率分别为0%(0/27)、0%(0/27)、55.6%(15/27)、70.4%(19/27)、81.5%(22/27)和51.9%(14/27);共包含7种耐药基因型,其中优势耐药基因型为ant(3”)-I^(-)aac(3)-II^(-)sul1^(+)tet(A)^(+)tet(C)^(+)TEM^(+)。
In this experiment,the carrying status of antibiotic resistance genes ant(3”)-I、aac(3)-II、sul1、tet(A)、tet(C)and TEM was detected in 27 strains of Vibriovulnificus from Litopenaeusvannamei in Guangxi using PCR method.The results showed that among the 27 strains ofVibriovulnificus,the detection rates ofant(3”)-I、aac(3)-II、sul1、tet(A)、tet(C)and TEM genes were 0%(0/27)、0%(0/27)、55.6%(15/27)、70.4%(19/27)、81.5%(22/27)和51.9%(14/27),respectively.There were a total of 7 antibiotic resistance genotypes,The dominant antibiotic resistance genotype was ant(3”)-I^(-)aac(3)-II^(-)sul1^(+)tet(A)^(+)tet(C)^(+)TEM^(+).
