Objective To revise the Traffic Displaced Aggression Questionnaire(TDAQ)and test its reliability, validity and applicability in Chinese drivers. Methods A total of 305 valid questionnaires were obtained from 317 drivers using the Traffic Displaced Aggression Questionnaire(TDAQ).Through the analysis, the revised version of Chinese Traffic Displaced Questionnaire is obtained.ResultsThe questionnaire consisted of 24 subjects, the cumulative variance explained rate is 56.278;The indicators of confirmatory factor analysis met the requirements of psychometric(GFI=0.870,IFI=0.920,TLI=0.911,NFI=0.860,CFI=0.919,RMSEA=0.062,X/df=2.148,SRMR=0.045).The Cronbachsαof the whole questionnaire was 0.894,the internal consistency coefficient of each dimension of the questionnaire is 0.677~0.936.Pearson correlations between the scales and the whole questionnaire were from 0.588~0.845,and the correlation is significant. The dimensions of the questionnaire are partially related significantly correlated with the dimensions of the Prosocial and Aggressive Driving Inventory, indicating that the scales had good compatibility validity. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the revised TDAQ is better, and can be used as a tool to assess Chinese drivers'traffic displaced aggression.
