摘要
结合现代可靠性理论及分层递进分析方法,将主煤流运输系统分解为5个运输子系统,根据设备的运行状态以及不同子系统设备间的连接方式,应用随机Petri网建立各个子系统可靠性模型,通过马尔可夫链方法分析求解得到其系统可靠度。结果表明,主煤流运输系统的薄弱环节为大巷运输子系统,其可靠度为0.778 09,可基于此结果针对大巷运输子系统进行优化,从而提升整体运输系统的可靠性。
Tthe main coal flow transport system is decomposed into five transport sub-systems by combining the modern reliability theory and the hierarchical progressive analysis method,and the reliability model of each sub-system is established by applying the stochastic Petri net according to the operation status of the equipment and the connection mode between different sub-systems,and the system reliability is obtained by solving the system reliability through the Markov chain analysis method.The system reliability is obtained through the Markov chain method.The results show that the weak link of the main coal flow transport system is the tunnel transport subsystem,and its reliability is 0.77809,which can be optimised for the tunnel transport subsystem to improve the reliability of the overall transport system.
