摘要 研究和仿真基于Simulink的气缸夹爪PID控制系统。气缸夹爪是一种常见的执行器,被广泛应用于工业自动化领域。PID控制作为一种经典的控制算法,具有简单、稳定和易于实现的特点。介绍了气缸夹爪的工作原理和控制需求,然后详细介绍了PID控制的原理和参数调节方法。通过Simulink软件进行仿真实验,验证了PID控制器在气缸夹爪控制中的有效性和性能优势。最后,对仿真结果进行分析和总结,并提出了进一步改进的建议,以提高其效率。 The aim is to study and simulate the PID control system of cylinder gripper based on Simulink.Cylinder gripper is a common actuator,which is widely used in the field of industrial automation,and the PID controller,as a classical control algorithm,is simple,stable and easy to implement.This paper firstly introduces the working principle and control requirements of the cylinder gripper,and then introduces the principle and parameter adjustment method of PID controller in detail.Then,simulation experiments are carried out through Simulink software to verify the effectiveness and performance advantages of the PID controller in the cylinder jaw control.Finally,the simulation results are analysed and summarised,and suggestions for further improvement are made to enhance its efficiency.
