摘要
煤气泄漏是很多钢铁冶金企业在实际生产过程中长期排查治理的安全隐患。因此,通过对煤气设施周围空气中CO浓度的24 h不间断在线监测,对煤气泄漏做出现场实时实地警示和后台软件界面发送报警信息。但是在实际使用过程中,CO监测报警系统时常会出现一些问题,影响系统正常功能或使用效果。通过分析造成这些问题的原因,相应的提出有效的解决策略,以提升CO监测报警系统运行的稳定性、高效性。
Gas leakage is a safety hazard that many iron and steel metallurgical enterprises have been investigating and treating for a long time in the actual production process.Therefore,through the 24-hour uninterrupted online monitoring of CO concentration in the air around the gas facilities,it makes on-site real-time field warnings and sends alarm information from the backstage software interface for gas leakage.However,in the actual use of the process,CO monitoring and alarm system from time to time there are some problems,affecting the normal function of the system or the use of the effect.This paper analyses the reasons for these problems and proposes effective solution strategies to improve the stability and efficiency of the CO monitoring and alarm system.
