氯碱化工装置电气接地保护技术探究

摘要 氯碱化工生产过程存在易燃易爆物质,其供配电系统的电压等级可达到10 kV以上。生产装置多为用电设备,为了防止生产设备产生电弧和电火花,同时,预防人员触电事故发生,应设计系统性的电气接地保护技术措施。研究过程以某氯碱生产企业为背景,对其原电气接地方案进行分析,发现TN-S形式的接地系统不能有效预防设备外壳与单相碰撞时的触电危害,故对原方案进行优化。针对接地干线设置重复接地,未接地的设备以TT接地形式进行保护,同时,采取中性点电阻接地保护,提高供配电系统的可靠性、安全性。 There are flammable and explosive substances in the production process of chlor-alkali chemical industry,and the voltage level of its power supply and distribution system can reach more than 10 kV.Production devices are mostly electrical equipment,in order to prevent the production equipment from generating arcs and sparks,and at the same time,to prevent personnel electrocution accidents,should be designed to systematically protect the technical measures of electrical grounding.The research process to a chlor-alkali production enterprises as the background,the original electrical grounding scheme analysis,found that the TN-S form of grounding system can not effectively prevent the equipment shell and single-phase collision of electrocution hazards,so the original scheme is optimised.Repeated grounding is set for the grounding trunk,and the ungrounded equipment is protected in the form of TT grounding,meanwhile,neutral resistance grounding protection is taken to improve the reliability and safety of the power supply and distribution system.
