“明体达用、体用贯通”是习近平文化思想的理论品格。习近平文化思想包含了新时代文化建设一系列新思想新观点新论断,概括起来就是明定位、明立场、明领导权、明使命、明方向、明规律,六者有机统一。明定位、明立场,解决的是“为何要做”问题;明领导权,解决的是“谁来做”问题;明使命、明方向、明规律,解决的是“怎么做”问题。将根脉与魂脉有机地统一起来,使其成为一个完整的、生机勃勃的、气韵流动的文化生命体,不断巩固中华民族的文化主体性、实现中华民族的精神独立性,为破解“古今中西之争”提供理论指引、凝聚精神力量、发挥示范作用,这些都是习近平文化思想所达之用的重要内容。关于习近平文化思想何以能够体用贯通,我们至少可以从主要创立者、创立目标和创立方式三个方面来思考。
