摘要
打壳系统是电解铝生产过程中必不可少的设备,其结构和质量直接影响金属铝的生产加工。传统打壳系统存在锤头使用寿命短、能耗高、自动化程度低等问题。对此,设计了一种电解铝打壳系统,通过使用气动阀代替电磁阀,采用智能化打壳和锤头表面防护等手段,延长使用寿命,提高稳定性。介绍了这一打壳系统中打壳气缸的工作原理和结构,并分析了打壳系统的控制系统。
A crust-breaking system is the essential equipment in the process of electrolytic aluminum production,and its structure and quality directly affect the production and processing of aluminum.The traditional crust-breaking system has some problems such as short service life of hammer head,high energy consumption and low degree of automation.Herein,an electrolytic aluminum crust-breaking system was designed.By using pneumatic valve instead of solenoid valve,intelligent crust-breaking and hammer head surface protection,etc.,the service life was extended and the stability was improved.The working principle and structure of the crust-breaking cylinder in the crust-breaking system were introduced,and the control system of the crust-breaking system was analyzed.
