乏燃料后处理放射性料液取样柜制造工艺

摘要 介绍了乏燃料后处理放射性料液取样柜的功能和结构,分析了取样柜中内壳箱体和屏蔽层的技术难点,由此提出制造工艺。将取样柜内壳箱体分为底部壳体、顶部壳体、中部壳体三个部分独立制作,再组装定位组焊,进行密封性试验。所提出的取样柜内壳箱体和屏蔽层制造工艺可以为类似乏燃料后处理箱体的制造提供参考。 The function and structure of the radioactive material liquid sampling cabinet for spent fuel reprocessing was introduced,and the technical difficulties of the inner shell box and shielding layer in the sampling cabinet were analyzed,and the manufacturing process was proposed.The inner shell box of the sampling cabinet was divided into three parts such as bottom shell,top shell and middle shell,which are independently made,and then assembled and positioned for welding,and the tightness test was carried out.The proposed manufacturing process of the inner shell box and shield layer of the sampling cabinet can provide a reference for the manufacturing of similar spent fuel reprocessing tank.
