云网平台质量评价研究与实践

Research and Practice on Quality Evaluation of Cloud Network Platforms

摘要 为提升超大规模公有云场景下云网平台的服务质量,提出了云网平台质量评价体系,介绍了云网质量评价体系的框架,分析了云网质量指标评价体系的4个阶段的指标设置,总结了产品研发、系统交付、业务上云以及现网运维4个阶段指标的核算方法,从而提供云网平台质量衡量的思路,推进云网质量提升。 In the context of large-scale public cloud scenarios,in order to improve the service quality of cloud network platforms,this paper proposes a cloud network quality evaluation system,introduces the framework of the cloud network quality evaluation system,analyzes the indicator settings of the four stages of the cloud network quality index evaluation system,summarizes the indicator accounting methods for the four stages of planning and development,deployment and delivery,customer cloud deployment,and current network operation and maintenance,thereby providing a way to measuring the quality of cloud network platforms,promote the improvement of cloud network quality.
