摘要
智能功率模块作为一种新型高性能模块化半导体器件,集成驱动电路、功率器件和热管理系统等功能,可用于多种场景,目前存在现有测试方法不适用、部分参数缺少测试方法等问题。介绍了智能功率模块发展现状,梳理相关测试方法标准,分析了现有测试方法的适用性,提出了适用于智能功率模块器件的测试方法,并对主要参数进行了测试方法的验证,证明了测试方法的科学性与准确性。
Intelligent power module is a high-performance modular semiconductor device that integrates the functions of drive circuit,power device and thermal management system,and can be used in various scenarios.As a new type of integrated device,there are problems such as existing test methods are not applicable and some parameters lack test methods.This paper introduces the development status of intelligent power module,combs through the relevant test method standards,analyzes the applicability of the existing test methods,puts forward the test methods applicable to IPM devices,and carries out the verification of the test methods on the main parameters,proving the scientificity and accuracy of the test methods.
