数据中心高效空调系统关键节能技术及能效分析

摘要 空调系统作为数据中心能源站的能耗大户,其从冷源到末端的整体系统优化对提高数据中心的能源利用率至关重要。本文以某数据中心为例,从冷源形式、冷源设备选型等方面介绍空调系统的关键节能设计方法。针对空调自控方案提出高效智能环控系统,实现空调系统的全自动智能优化运行。最后基于数据中心全年制冷季的历史数据对空调系统的综合能效进行分析,该能源站的全年制冷综合能效比达到7.71,为大型数据中心空调系统的建设和高效运行提供一定的技术参考。 As a large energy user of data center energy station,the overall system optimization from the cold source to the terminal is crucial to improve the energy utilization rate for the data center.Taking a certain data center as an example,the key energy-saving design methods of air-conditioning system are introduced from the aspects of cold source form,cold source equipment selection,etc.High-efficiency intelligent environmental control system is proposed for the automatic control system of air-conditioning to realize the automatic intelligent optimization operation of the air-conditioning system.Finally,the comprehensive energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system is analyzed based on the historical data of the whole year's cooling season of the data center.The comprehensive refrigeration energy efficiency ratio of this energy station throughout the year can reach 7.71,providing a certain technical reference for the construction and efficient operation of the air-conditioning system for large data center.
