摘要
内耗是一种自我内部的心理矛盾样态,代入内耗一词的心理内耗、精神内耗成为当前网络热点话题,是青年群体普遍面临的心理样态。随着数智化时代的到来,大学生群体中逐渐呈现出“内卷焦虑”“自我至上”“社交狂欢”与“躺平颓丧”“身份困惑”“社交恐惧”并存的自我对抗、怀疑、冲突等矛盾性内耗表征。该样态的出现受到数智化时代社会评价异化、技术僭越失衡、网络亚文化渲染泛滥等多维影响。为应对和破解大学生矛盾性内耗,应在尊重其成长规律基础上,构建新型教育评价生态、强化大学生数智素养、供给优质网络文化资源,缓平纠结、治愈内耗,实现大学生的跃迁向上、主体回归和蓬勃生长。
Internal friction is a kind of psychological contradiction within oneself.The substitution of the word internal friction of psychological internal friction and mental internal friction has become the current hot topic on the Internet,which is the psychological pattern commonly faced by young people.With the advent of the era of digital intelligence,college students gradually present contradictory internal friction characteristics.The emergence of this phenomenon is influenced by various factors such as the alienation of social evaluation in the digital age,the imbalance of technological arrogance,and the proliferation of network subculture rendering.In order to deal with and solve the contradictory internal friction of college students,on the basis of respecting the law of their growth,we should build a new education evaluation ecology,strengthen the digital intelligence literacy of college students,provide high-quality network cultural resources,slow down the entanglement,cure the internal friction,and realize the transition of college students upward,the return of the main body and the vigorous growth.
