以全固态激光器为代表的固体激光技术已进入全面发展阶段,成为当前国际激光技术发展的方向之一。本文介绍了固体激光器的结构和发展历程,展望了全固态激光器的发展前景。

Solid-state laser technology,represented by all-solid-state Laser,has entered an all-round development stage and has become one of the directions of current international laser technology devel-opment.In this paper,the structure of solid-state lasers is reviewed,the development history of sol-id-state lasers since they were initially pumped by laser diode is described,and the development prospect of all-solid-state lasers is prospected.
