利用OCT评估移植肾脏活性新进展

Progress in Using Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)to Evaluate Transplant Kidney Viability

摘要 肾脏移植是救治终末期肾病患者的最佳方法。目前临床上还没有一种方法能够准确地评估供体肾脏活性以及预测移植后是否会发生延迟肾功能恢复(DCF,delayedgraft function)。光学相干断层扫描(OCT,optical coherence tomography)是一种新兴的医学成像技术,可以对生物组织进行实时、无损、原位、高分辨率成像。本文对利用OCT成像评估移植肾脏活性的新进展做一综述,包括临床实验结果,以及大视场成像的新技术。 Kidney transplantation is an optimal treatment for patients with end-stage renal diseases.Currently,there is no reliable non-destructive method for accurately evaluate transplant kidney viability and predict post-transplant renal function,especially the incidence of delayed graft function(DGF).Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is an emerging medical imaging technology that enables high-resolution imaging of tissue microstructures in situ and in real time.The feasibility of using OCT to image transplant kidneys has been demonstrated before.This review summarizes recent progress in a clinical study to predict post-transplant renal function,as well as new techniques to enable large area kidney imaging.
