摘要
白内障术后急性感染性眼内炎是白内障术后严重的并发症,一直是影响白内障手术效果和患者视力结局的重要影响因素.预防白内障术后眼内炎的传统方式是术前眼睑和结膜囊清洁.近年来,国内外学者对白内障术后急性感染性眼内炎防治研究的广泛开展以及材料技术的进步为临床诊疗提供了指导意义,在白内障术后感染性眼内炎的预防及治疗方法不断深入研究的背景下,前房内注射抗生素、新型载药人工晶状体及抗菌抗炎治疗被证实可提升白内障手术的安全性及良好的视力结局.当前,白内障术后急性感染性眼内炎的治疗则以抗菌抗炎治疗及玻璃体切除术为主.本文中笔者就白内障术后急性感染性眼内炎预防和治疗的最新研究进展进行综述.
Acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery is a serious complication that has always been an important factor affecting the effectiveness of cataract surgery and the visual outcomes of patients.The traditional way to prevent intraocular inflammation after cataract surgery is to clean the eyelids and conjunctival sac before surgery.In recent years,the extensive research on the prevention and treatment of acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery by domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the progress of material technology,have provided guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Against the background of continuous in-depth research on the prevention and treatment methods of infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery,antibiotics are injected into the anterior chamber new drug loaded intraocular lenses and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatments have been proven to improve the safety and good visual outcomes of cataract surgery.Currently,the treatment of acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery is mainly focused on antibacterial and anti-inflammatory therapy,as well as vitrectomy.The latest research progress on the prevention and treatment of acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery was reviewed in this paper.
